Delivery terms:
The cost of delivery in Moscow within the Moscow ring road by an affiliated delivery service is 250 rubles, the sum of purchase being up to 3000 rubles. Free delivery to any Moscow address within the Moscow ring road is provided on purchases over 3000 rubles. Deliveries beyond the Moscow ring road cost 20 rubles per kilometer starting from the ring road.

Payment:
Orders are paid for by cash on delivery to the courier. Payments are only accepted in rubles. Credit cards are also accepted.

If the price of the purchase is over 300.00 rubles you can – get a jewelry box for free.

Order delivery and pickup options:

Your purchases can be delivered to any «Almaz-Holding» shop which you choose while placing you order. Delivery takes no less than 7 days. You can pick up the purchase at «the Almaz Holding».

You need to indicate the delivery address upon placing your order. Other details are discussed directly with the operator who will get in touch with you at your phone number or e-mail address you enter on your order form. Jewelry items are delivered to customers in person by authorized delivery personnel. You should check whether the item is intact right upon delivery in the presence of the courier. Our delivery services do not cover locations in provincial areas and far-away rural destinations.

Orders are paid for by cash on delivery to the courier. Payments are only accepted in rubles. The buyer receives the following papers upon delivery: :
1. A cash memo containing the following information: product code, weight and number of jewelry items. The cash memo features the seller's stamp and is signed by a person authorized by the company to sell the item.
2. A receipt indicating the price of the items sold.

In case you refuse the order upon delivery you are required to only pay the delivery charges which are 250 rubles in Moscow.

Special conditions:

We are legally responsible for all our items. You are automatically granted the company's quality warranty. You can refuse the item without paying the delivery charges. If the order is refused the services of the courier (250 rubles) are paid for by the client.
